my 93 stanza will not start

All electrical ,plugs ,wiring,etc. has been changed, driving down street and it died,never to start again. I found oil in radiator, could it be the timing belt? Low mileage and never abused.need this car for granddaughters college. Please help!!

First of all you should not have oil in your radiator, sounds like a head gasket might be blown or the head is cracked. As far as the no start it could be a number of things and yes the timing belt could be broken.
