Finding parts for my chevy

Asked by Ivo Jul 10, 2022 at 09:43 PM about the 1953 Chevrolet Bel Air 2 Door Sedan RWD

Question type: General

So, i have a Chevy Bel air '53 and i was wondering if anyone
here owns or knows someone who has one and is selling
parts or knows a website that sells Bel air parts since im
trying to put some parts but not restore it since i have it as
a rat rod. Another thing that makes it difficult for me to get
parts is that i dont live in the US, so some sellers dont ship
to where i live and i also use Ebay and other websites but
they dont have what i look for. The only parts, for now, that
im looking for are the window regulators for the passenger
and driver side, not quarters or vent and the rear interior
garnish moulding trim of the rear windwhield.

Getting parts for old cars today is a mess. Recently, My "66 396 Impala SS convertible was down for a year waiting on a part..... Best thing is to get with a Chevy Owners Club. They no more about reliable sources. But, as beatupchevy suggests, google what you want. And Good Luck... You're going to need it.
