Car is overheating

1997 Ford Thunderbird overheating! I've
changed the water pump,there was no
thermostat and I have the radiator fan motor
hooked up direct. It still overheats. Help pls

If you have no leaks it's radiator flow, have it roded out or replaced.Also check radiator water for head gasket exhaust leak to cooling system.
