Where is there a good place to get a starter
for a decent price

A decent price is subjective. Lowest cost would probably be a salvage yard. Factory Rebuilt would be next and new would be the most expensive. In between those is Craigs list and eBay. Just remember, you have an 21 year old used stater now. I would go with rebuilt from parts house.
