Relay

Check your fuel pressure at the intake manifold. And also make sure you're getting fire to your plugs.

Swap the relay out for another one with same rating from under the hood. See if it starts then.

Already have done that. Can’t check fuel pressure or spark because it won’t turn over.

Try jumping it, it sounds like there's not enough juice to power the starter.
