I had the problem with my 2003 model with going up and 1/2 way down. the dealer fixed it 3 times. I didn't have any problems with my 2008 model til recently when my driver side window wouldn't work. I took it to my mechanic and he said it's common for the motor to go out in these cars. It cost $400 for a new motor.
