my teana after topping up on fuel my car started driving as if chocking , now am getting a rumbling feeling when driving what could be tge cause.

Car chocking when driving getting a shaking when
driving and am hearing a slight rumbling noise
when am in the car. When I bought the car the
engine light was on , now it's blinks on and off

Thanks will let you know, however is it possible that water got into the gas as the country is experiencing flooding.
