Car doesn’t start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

After I passed a puddle of water in my 05 maxima it
started shaking  and sputtering waiter I turned it off it
won’t start it just cranks ?

Only thing I can think of is that excessive water was sucked into the intake. Perhaps you could siphon the water out of intake. Would have a local shop have a look if that does not work.
