I can see a fuel line leaking fuel and starting the fire, but a piston coming through the engine is another issue. Was there oil in it? Did you buy it from a dealer with a 30 day warranty? Call your insurance company?

I hope the car was insured. If you bought it from a dealer I would do everything in my power to make them give your money back.
