How do I know if I put the right computer in the car

I lost my key to my car switched out the
ignition switch and the computer I I have
three computers and I'm not sure which one
was the original one in it had a locksmith
come to reprogram the ignition to the car
but he said the computer was wrong one.
how do I determine if I put the original
computer back in car
