Your amp light is telling you the alternator is not putting out power to keep the voltage up around 12 volts with accessories on. I see it tests okay while parked. But you have to duplicate the conditions that make the amp light come on. So with the motor running fast idle, in Park, lights on, A/C and fan on, check the voltage and also see if the amp light comes on. If the amp light comes on, it means the battery is doing most of the work and the alternator is not keeping up. Have alternator tested.
