can I replace my VSS without pulling the cams?

Leaky VSS need replacing.  Do I have to pull the cams to do it?

yes there is a special tool to do it,, just have to rotate the cams so that the lobes are positioned so that the tool will fit in there,, ill post a link for how to do it
