1998 Spyder Eclipse. Where is the fuse box located? I can not even find a manual for the thing. Yes I am blond by a box.

Where is my fuse box located.  1998 Spyder Eclipse.  Is it under the hood or
on a side panel. I can not even find a manual for the thing.  The lighter fuse is
blown to my best guess and I need it to charge my gps.

Inside on drivers side by your left foot and under the hood too. I have a 97 spyder and the relays,some fuses are in a big box on the left if you are standing in front of the car. Cigarette lighter is a 15 amp inside the car, you just remove the molding and the fuse box should have a cover with the name of each fuse and voltage over the box if not there is a pic online somewhere. I;m blonde too. LOL
