My eclipse loses significant amount of power only goes up to 60 miles an hour it makes a groggy mean low pitch sound like its gargling

replaced  spark plugs spark plug wires intake
manifold gasket exhaust gasket bosal exhaust gasket

It also over heats periodic ly.changed the radiator, thermostat, and water pump.still over heats

any check engine lights ?? if so you need to get it scanned ,, hows that exhaust smell? like rotten eggs or foul ? sorta sounds like that's your problem that or maybe O2 sensors, either way get scanned and then look up your codes
