05 convertible mini cooper rear quarter window stuck in down position

My 05 mini cooper rear quarter windows are stuck in
down position and i can not pull them back up can
anyone give me a description on how to fix this problem
and so that they will roll back up

The same thing happened to me did you get a fix for yours..mine is an 05 as well..only 1 back window stuck in down position
