'05 mini convert. right rear quarter window

Asked by doctoral1978 Jul 03, 2018 at 08:34 PM about the 2005 MINI Cooper Convertible

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

my right side rear window worked fine. I was putting it down and I heard a loud pop like something like a rock hit the glass, even though I was sitting still. It went all the way down but will not go back up/down now. Tried to pull it up, but it's stuck. Help

Not an easy task most remove seats in other parts of the back area just to get to the quarter window then you better know what you’re doing or you can mess it up real good to get to it I’m gonna have to take mine to a dealer unfortunately I know the cost will be not cheap thank you
