My 2019 Mustang GT sounds different after repairs

My 2019 Mustang GT sounds different after the mechanic swapped out the
head because of misfiring in 3rd cylinder. Also changed fuel injectors and O2
sensors.  Feels like I've less torque/acceleration now too. Any  idea why? But
boy I miss that growl I had before.

Makes me wonder if the timing is off by one tooth on one of the cams on the head that was replaced.

Changing the cylinder head shouldn't make it sound different.

It definitely sounds different though, very noticeable to me. I wonder if they reinstalled the exhaust correctly. Maybe the exhaust valve units were impacted somehow. This is all kind of new for me, thank you for your patience and your insight.
