No 12 volt at compressor fuse good
replaced ccrm what am I missing

also electric fan not engaging are they on the same circuit. when I bypass compressor fan engages

    2000 cougar, V6 speedometer stopped working. replaced speed sensor, voltage is at 14.5. checked fuses, # 3 ok there is no fuse at # 20, no contacts for a fuse.
