Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I know there wasn't a question in the title. I did not
have enuff room,  My question is what the hell is
going on with my car. I keep oil updated and
changed regularly. I've replaced my alternator 4
times in less then 2 years, keep all liquids up kept.
But I feel like it's useless at this point. I love my car
I'm proud of it and it has done its job greatly,
however lately I have been spending more money
into it then it's worth. I'm out of ideas and not sure
what to do to fix it. Can anyone help?

Could it be your catalytic converter that is making it lose power? Sounds like the problems I had with mine as well as the alternator
