what wrong with my mercury mountaineer if their is no heat coming out of front vents?

To have heat, you have to have a engine up to temperature. You have to have coolant flow through the heater core. You have to have a temperature control device. You have to have a blower motor that works. You have to have doors that direct heat to the proper outlets. --- What part(s) are you lacking?
