96 c3500 engine swap

I cracked the block in my 96 c3500 7.4l vortec.
What years of 454 can I swap with. I'm a half ass
mechanic, so I don't want to have to change
anything. I just want slap my intake and injectors
on and go.

Can't say for sure but if the 96 is OBD2 I would want an OBD2 engine. It is possible that you could swap all the OBD2 stuff onto an OBD1 engine. Engine swaps are the most hated topic here on CG's because there are far too many variables.
