radio wiring code

I trying to install a canon tv/cd/movie ,radio unit. into my 1998 explorer but cannot find speaker system  please help.

I have a 2002 Ford explorer xls the original car harness was cut now they replaced it but the colors don't match up so wiring is crazy can't. Install a new radio now. I just brought the truck an found theses problems.
