I AM TRYING TO TAKE THE HOUSING OFF TO GET TO THE TLT MOTOR THAT
DON'T WORK.

THE HOUSING ON THE STEERING WHEEL WERE THE TILT MOTOR IS LOCATED. THEIR IS 3 SCREWS ON THE BOTTOM, WHICH I HAVE REMOVED, BUT THAT HOUSING WILL NOT SLIDE OR COME OFF. MY AUTO TILT IS STUCK IN THE UP POSITION
