Loud banging sound coming from front end when turning sharp

I have a ford 1998 explorer when driving on open highway it
runs and drives great,  but the 4 high and 4 low lights come
on and flashes at the same time!  When I turn in to a
parking space moving slow but turning sharp it feels and
sounds like the frontend is coming out of the vehicle also
does it when I back out the parking spot!!!! Does anybody
know what the problem is, it's about drove me crazy I would
greatly appreciate any and all input on this matter!! Thank
you so much!!

I would say you have a problem with your ABS system or the front differential or axle shafts are worn or broken. Get it checked out before you are stranded when something breaks.
