Is your Explorer a 4x4? If so I wonder if the front axle is engaged when it should not be.

Did you make sure the bearings were tight when they were installed? If the wheel is even a tiny bit loose you're gonna have vibrations.

There hub bearings there is no adjustments you just replace the whole assembly ( hub and bearing)

I'm having the same issue with my 2010 ford explorer Eddie Bauer. Did you ever figure out what it was cause I'm tired of playing the guessing game with it.
