does this car come equiped with tethers

I was wondering if this car comes equipped with tethers for rear facing infant seat installation.  I am having an extremely hard time installing the base.  I have to place it on the side instead of the middle because I have two children in big car seats

My 2009 Mazda 3 sedan has the belt buckles that allow u to use the buckle from the car seat to plug it into the actual seat.. I'm not sure if it has a function for 2 carseats at one time but they are located inbetween the seats. I hope this helps a little :)
