my car windows dont go up or down.

Make sure the master shut off for the windows in not locked. Do any of the switches work at the doors? What about any at drivers door? If none work anywhere then start looking at wiring and fuses. If any work at all, start looking at each switch, make sure it works with meter and go from there.
