air bags wont inflate compressor will not kick in

This is a common problem with these vehicles. You may need new airbags or you may just need a new levelling switch.

I do say the air system is not the best on these vehicles. I bought a conversion kit from Strutmasters for my 02 Navigator. It was installed easily and I love the ride. My mom also has a conversion kit on her Lincoln. :) Thanks to Strutmasters were riding again.

I replaced the compressor twice on my Navigator before we figured out the lines were trash. Among all the other things that was wrong with it it was going to cost me about $2000 to fix it! I called Strutmasters.com and got one of their conversion kits. I ended up having a buddy of mine put it on the car. It only took him about 3 hours or so and I have had no problems with my ride since then. I have to admit these air rides are a pain in the tookas! Strutmasters hooked me up and I am very glad to have my ride again.
