if I remove the fuse for the air ride compressor, will it affect any thing else on the vehicle

I am deleting the air bags and installing coil overs an all four corners of my
2003 Navigator. If I remove the fuse for the air ride compressor, will it affect
any thing else on the vehicle

No it shouldn't. It should only affect your air ride compressor.
