What is th ecauses of electrical issues with GMC Sierra 1500?

2018 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3l 4x4 SLE.  Dash and touch screen go blank and door locks cycle with going over a bump in the road. The batter was replaced and new battery cables installed by dealership technician. Also new rear turn signal wiring harnesses replaced.  The problem still exists.

Sounds like a BCM problem, could be a harness, grounds or the unit itself.
