Slow take off vibration in front passenger wheel

2000 kia sportage slow take off vibration in
front passenger wheel and a clinking sound
in front of the truck speedometer gas gauge
and rpm and temp gauge and a/c not
blowing cold nothing works on the
dashboard

Possibly a bad wheel bearing or CV joint. The dash issues might be a fuse.
