How would Fuel injectors in a 2018 Toyota Camry, 21,000 miles get clogged up?

My check engine light came on at 21,000 miles in my 2018 Camry.  I have
platinum warranty and the dealership says fuel injectors are gunked up and it's
not covered under warranty.  Fuel injectors should last about 80k miles.  What
happened?

Not using quality gas could do it. Before you pay the dealer big dollar$ use a couple of bottles of Techron along with tanks of Top Tier gas. See how that works. What are the symptoms?

There were NO symptoms! Just the check engine light came on, not flashing. We took it to Toyota and they said with my platinum warranty the fuel injectors are NOT covered because they will have to send the parts in and they will see they are dirty. They apparently took them out and cleaned them, put them back in and the fuel trims lowered, although not yet within specifications. They want $1500 to replace all four.

Read the paperwork they gave you. Hopefully they documented the code. Try my first suggestion for a couple of tanks of gas and let us know how it works out.
