camry 2018 AC feet area air blockage?

Hi,

My Ac seem to have an issue. Air flow blowing strong and cold when
selecting straight/top. However, when selecting bottom/lower, I can hardly
feel any air. Seem like there's blockage of some sort below the feet area.
Can anyone provide guidance?

I would have to agree with for, but I would suspect that it's the blend door actuator
