Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Sitting at a red light. My turn to go, but the
car said No! and died right there. It turns
over, acts like its not getting gas, but i
pushed in the pin in the valve of, l believe,
the fuel injector, and gas sprayed out.
Pleeease help me. Ive been without a car for
five years and i just had this car given to me
two weeks ago, and that freedom that
comes with a car is just priceless! Its been
awhile since l've worked on my own car and
its going to be a challenge!  And, oh did I
mention, I don't know squat about front
wheel drive? Yah, it's been THAT long !

To get started you need to check for spark & if it has the proper fuel pressure. If you know anyone with a scanner, (code reader) it would help to check for any trouble codes. If you can do this, write the codes down as they will help diagnose the problem.
