Oil pressure gauge

2018 Ford F150 5.0 after I give it a little bit of hell a
red oil light comes on and the oil pressure gauge
shuts off completely. The truck still operates what
it does that but feels sluggish. Then I turn the truck
off turn it back on and everything is as normal as
can be. what could be the issue?

I believe there are TSB regarding oil problem in the 5.0 from 2018. Oil consumption is the problem. Bring it to a dealership where they will change the oil under warranty and have you come back at 1 thousand mile intervals. If the consumption is excessive, I've heard they change out the engine under warranty.
