02 Accord loses power on idle, dash lights flash, no codes

I have an 02 Accord with a weird issue I can't diagnose.

When the vehicle has been driven and is idling it will lose power (press
accelerator, barely moves) and all the dash lights flash. It seems to only happen
on idle when it's hot outside (over +80F) and the AC is running but it doesn't
throw a code.

If I catch it in time and turn the AC off everything is "fine" and the vehicle drives
normally (if I don't run the AC). If I don't it'll die and I can't restart it without a
jump.

Battery terminals are clean and tight. Battery tests fine.

I have read most all of the similar posts here and Googled it but do not see
anyone with the same issue.

Thanks for the tip. Would testing the alternator help diagnose this? I've been told that I can test it by removing the positive and negative battery terminals with the vehicle running.

It tested fine. Both the batter and alternator test were right on point. I've been running the AC in hot conditions and not been able to duplicate the issue but I know enough to know that it won't get better on it's own. It has happened 3x in the past 18 months, all at different external temperatures but all happened at idle speeds with the AC on and the issue goes away when I turn it off.
