on a 99 mustang oil is full but car knocks and stalls when running for long period

I have a 1999 V6 mustang checked oil plenty but when I run it for over 10 miles it the engine knocks and stalls out.  have to wait awhile before it will start again.

Any check engine codes? Check engine Light on? A guess...knock sensor(s).

No check engine lights on. However a few days ago while idling the oil pressure gauge bottomed out. When I hit the gas gauge goes back to the center
