Bad vibration through the car

The car is vibrating bad when I get it at about 45
and just gets worse the faster I go the tires on one
side of the vehicle are brand new havnt replaced
the other side yet cause it got worse after I
changed the tires and it acts like its over heating
but the gauge is not showing over heating and the
fan is kicking on on the radiator

Sounds like a tire balancing issue. Did you have the new tires balanced? As for the other side, even though you said you were waiting to replace them, balance them now if you don't buy new. Balancing is the most common cause of vibration and pretty cheap to get fixed. Beyond that, you will need to have suspension members checked for tightness and proper fit. Could be ball joints, tie rods, etc.

Yeahnew tires were balanced and the shocks are bottomed out on one side of the vehicle could that be part of the issue to?
Yes. Like I said, if balancing did not solve your vibration something else in the suspension is the likely cause.
