trans not shifting

does not shift from 1st to 2nd  even after i replaced vac mod-

I would double check the installation of that vacuum modulator and see if you got it right, or maybe the part is faulty. I recall that 1963 Falcon has only a two speed transmission. When I was a kid I could get Dad's car going 40mph in first and 85mph in second. Fun.
