Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My jeep wrangler will not start at all. I
turn the key the headlights, and heater
fan comes on but thats it. Gauges don't
work. Won't even try to turn over. Not
even a click. The battery was tested and
its fine. We replaced the battery cables
still nothing. Help! Please!
