won't accept my VIN when listing a vehicle

When I enter the VIN number 1J4FA29P62P749943 I get a message to enter a
valid VIN. I've checked and rechecked the VIN 6 times.  The only other thing I
thought of was the first digit might be an I instead of a 1 so I tried that and that
didn't work either.  So how do I get the VIN in the listing?

That's a good VIN. Comes back to a 2002 Jeep Wrangler SE. You are correct in that the first character is the number one. The letter I is not used after 1980. Email Cargurus Customer Service at user_support@cargurus.com and they can help you straighten it out. Hope that helps! Jim
