We have a 2006 GMC Yukon Denali and the auxiliary power outlets do not seem to be working. Checked fuses and they seem to be OK. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

The auxiliary power outlets in my 2006 GMC Yukon Denali are not providing
power to phone chargers or lighter. What can I do to get them working again?

The fuses would either be labeled "AUX PWR" (or "AUX PWR 1" and AUX PWR 2") in the instrument fuse panel (under dash) or could also be labeled "LTR" (for the cigarette lighter) in the under hood fuse panel. Check both panels.

I am having the same/kind of, problem with my 2006 Yukon Denali. There are 5 outlets/lighter sockets in it. The only ones that are working are the one right in front of the front seat cupholders, and the one inside the console. My wife and I both have to use portable oxygen concentrator as we travel, and obviously our DC charger cords will not work with a working socket. I have checked all the fuses, and they are good. What's the easiest way to remove the sockets to inspect them?
