Restricted filler hose or more likely vent/evap problems

It is the charcoal vapor canister and/or the vent valve attached to it. I also had a P0449 code. I pulled the charcoal canister and it was filled with gas, probably from the previous owner over-filling the tank. If yours is filled with gas, then jump for joy that the internals of the canister didn't break and send charcoal pellets through the hoses going to the fuel tank If that happened, then you have to drop the fuel tank and blow out those lines or you'll still have the obstruction. Also, I pulled apart the vent valve and it was filled with dirt Replace both the vent valve and canister.
