Do all 99 explores come equipped with a keyless
entry fob? I just bought a couple off Amazon but
can't seem to get it to work?

I've purchased a few for my daughter's 99 over the years. The new fobs should have come with program instructions. They involve turning the key on and off several times within a certain amount of seconds ending up on on. Never had a problem programming.
