Test driving private sale cars

Asked by Marc Oct 22, 2019 at 10:33 AM about the 2017 Ford F-150 XL SuperCrew

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I dont feel comfortable letting potential buyers casually test
drive the vehicle unless they have cash in hand, and are gonna
complete sale once the drive the vehicle. Any tips or guides on
proper etiquette in this matter?

I would make some type of policy that test drives are only for people prepared to buy that day, you take pride in selling good cars and you don't want to run the risk of raising the miles on the car for test drives so it's a quality vehicle or something along those lines. Steer the energy of it to quality of service rather than you are getting annoyed by it
