What can I do for front plate?

Asked by Thomas Apr 19, 2022 at 03:28 PM about the 2017 Mitsubishi Lancer ES

Question type: Car Customization

I have a 2017 lancer es that came from a state that did not
require a front plate. My state however requires one. I would
rather not drill into the bumper if I can avoid it. Is there anything
I can do aside from zip-ties? Would a sto and sho mount work?

There are lots of aftermarket plate supports. Ask a Mitsu dealer if they carry one, or maybe J.C. Whitney. I'm sure a google search would bring up several.

bumpers were made to receive holes to mount plates. many have dimples to show you where to drill
