Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I came to one of my many stops and my car felt like it was missing really bad out of the blue. When I would go to take off it would shake up to about 30 then it would rev kind of high then shift do the same thing all the way up to 60. When I come to a stop I would have to keep feathering the throttle or it would slowly stall. Things I have replaced the head burnt a valve, fuel filter, fuel pump, plug wires, timing belt(just the belt) and serpentine belt. I think maybe the timing has jumped
