Door handle unlock and lock button does not work!

I have a 2017 dodge Durango RT my door
locks do not work, is this comment on this
vehicle? Does anyone have any
recommendations of what I should do?

Start your durango, leave it running an exit the vehicle with key fob in hand an press the button, it will only lock the door must use key fob to unlock your running vehicle..... it's just a quick touch lock button
