I recommend the Clore Automotive JNC770R (or another one of their products). Almost everything else is a toy.

The best one is one you never have to use. Keep your battery clean and clean the posts . Keep Alternator belt in good condition and adjusted properly. Keep the major power connections clean : ie at alternator , at starter , at fuse panel if equipped. Clean grounds between the engine and frame and frame and body. A little bit of time once a year and you save the cost of a portable jump starter.
