I can't even find a listing for that feature. You have a fuse block under the dash and under the hood. You might have to pull and check them all, one at a time. But remember, if the engine can run, then your ECU fuse must be okay, if it has one. Pre 1996 cars were a little different being OBD #1 not like OBD #2
